They are currently seeking x2 Customer Content Designer to bridge the gap between complex technical information and clear, human-centered communication. In this role, the successful candidate won't just be writing copy—they will be acting as a dedicated advocate for the customer, ensuring that every piece of information is accessible, transparent, and easy to navigate.
Job Responsibility:
Draft Refine: Create concise, engaging content and edit existing material to ensure it meets high standards of clarity and brand tone
Collaborative Design: Work side-by-side with UX/UI designers, SEO analysts, and behavioural scientists to optimise the end-to-end customer journey
Stakeholder Navigation: Manage the end-to-end approval process, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content is both customer-friendly and regulatory-compliant
Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics and user testing to inform content decisions and advocate for content-led design across the organization
Practice Growth: Participate in peer reviews and capability-building sessions to help evolve a fast-growing content design practice
Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional writing experience, specifically within content design or customer communications
Experience working within a highly regulated or scrutinised industry (this is ESSENTIAL)
A strong grasp of Jira and Agile methodologies
The ability to prioritise work efficiently and explain the why behind your copy choices to diverse stakeholders
A commitment to accessibility best practices and a mindset that celebrates diversity in all its forms
