Job Description

We're delighted to be recruiting for a new Team Manager to join our vibrant Customer Contact Team and we need you! This is a 9 month fixed term contract position where you'll be based at our Eastleigh office where you'll lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver a great service for our customers. Through performance reviews, upskilling and coaching, your team will not only achieve both their own targets but contribute to Abri meeting our ambitious customer service goals.
