You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels
Organising service bookings for occupational health services
Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments
Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully
Administrative and customer service support
Requirements:
Experience within customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support
Strong with using CRM systems
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
