This Customer Contact Sales Advisor role (known internally as a Move Specialist), operates within the Direct to Consumer Conveyancing Sales team and is responsible for professionally conversing with clients looking to buy conveyancing services via our Web Chat channel, telephone, and email channels. The position offers a very achievable uncapped commission plan paying circa £38,000.00 on-target in year one. Based out of our Leicester Head Office, Hybrid Working (3 days work from home) options are available once fully trained.
Job Responsibility:
Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads
Answering inbound calls
Conducting multiple live chats and WhatsApp conversations with website visitors looking at their quote
Responding to email queries
Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets
Cross selling additional move related services
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Sales or busy Customer Contact Centre setting is essential
Strong communication skills
Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Approachable, professional and a team player
Show willingness to learn
Flexible and readily adaptable to changing requirements
Ideally previous knowledge and/or experience or else a demonstrable interest in the Conveyancing and Property sector
