Requirements:
Experience of handling and resolving difficult situations
Capable of handling high volume calls efficiently and professionally
Ability to successfully meet client SLA’s
Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent phone manner
Strong time management and organisational skills
Nice to have:
Utilities knowledge would be advantageous
