Engage is a technology-driven field services provider part of Marston Holdings Limited. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Contact Agent to join our team. As a Customer Contact Agent you will be joining an existing team who delivers the highest standard of customer service; resolution management and repayment negotiations related to overdue accounts on behalf our clients in the utility industry. Support and coaching will be given throughout your career to help you move through our development pathways and reach your full potential.
