No contact centre experience? No problem. If you enjoy helping people and bring the right attitude, we’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed. You’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, supporting customers by phone, webchat, and email in a fast-paced environment with empathy, confidence, and a calm approach. Every conversation matters, and in this role you’ll help create a positive experience for our customers while being part of a supportive, professional team. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a late finish until 7:00pm on Thursdays shared on a rota basis.
