Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging within set timeframes
Listen to and understand customer needs, present effective solutions, and follow up until the inquiry is fully resolved
Identify opportunities to connect customers with relevant products and services, such as credit cards, loans, and insurance
Identify process improvements to make it easier for customers to deal with us and stay updated through ongoing training
Help educate customers on digital and self-serve channels, acting as a key escalation point when digital tools fail
Requirements:
A strong phone manner with active listening skills and the ability to 'talk and type' concurrently
High computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and systems at once
The ability to adapt to change and remain professional in a fast-paced, rostered environment
While previous call centre experience is preferred, your attitude and willingness to learn are key
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and typing accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to completing all mandatory training and following established processes
