You care about making a positive impact in the world and understand that greatness comes from thinking differently. You value an inclusive and accepting work environment where everyone can contribute and feel they belong. At IKEA, a job is so much more than home furnishings - together, we work to create a better everyday life for the many. It’s the perfect place to grow, contribute, and bring your unique perspective to life. Within this vision, Småland, our supervised children’s play area - plays an important role in enhancing the in-store experience. Designed to be a safe, fun, and welcoming environment, Småland allows parents and carers to shop with ease, knowing their children are well cared for. As a Småland Co-worker, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our youngest visitors.
