Job Description:

Lead the Travel Claims department at Allianz Partners. Ensure claims processes align with business objectives, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining flexibility in a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibility:

lead and develop a high-performing team
manage and mentor Team Managers
ensure claims processes align with business objectives
schedule and lead monthly performance and departmental meetings
drive a high-performance culture
create and implement Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
ensure optimal resource allocation
provide expert guidance on complex claims
deliver objective reports and escalate significant issues to senior management

Requirements:

GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Math
strong communication skills
proficient in MS Word & Excel
understanding of FCA guidelines
thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
ability to lead large claims teams and drive performance
able to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals
experienced Claims Manager with a track record of success
