Job Responsibility

  • Help orchestrate the divisional change agenda, manage intake and prioritisation information, and make sure governance forums run smoothly through great planning, documentation and follow-up
  • Support reporting and insight to collate updates, maintain trackers and dashboards, and keep documentation and repositories in good order so teams can collaborate effectively

Requirements

  • Experience supporting change or project environments
  • Understanding of JIRA, resource planning, prioritisation or risk management
  • Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid change methodologies
  • Experience supporting governance, reporting, or structured workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
