Customer Care Experts help troubleshoot and resolve our customers’ issues to get them back to grilling for their friends and family! Each issue is different, and we are looking for you to personalize your approach to assist each customer’s unique issue. You will be challenged to quickly think and respond to customers who may have a variety of questions and circumstances. Applicants must be comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time and be able to communicate in a professional manner through e-mail and any other written means, as needed. We are looking for applicants with a great attitude and that are looking to create a World Class customer experience!
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns
Knowing Dansons products inside and out so that you can answer questions and educate our customers about their grill
Processing orders using our tools
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues daily
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Care process to help drive improvement
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support each day

Requirements:
High school diploma
Basic knowledge of pellet grills preferred, but not required
