We are recruiting for Customer Care Support to join our Customer Care Team at Bents! Do you get excited by giving exceptional customer care? Then this is the job for you! - This is a permanent part time role offering 20 hours per week. The role requires a flexible approach and includes working 1 late night a week and alternative weekends. Please note we are a small team so having a flexible approach is required to cover holidays, sickness and peak periods. What is the Customer Care role? We are looking for a Customer Care Support to join our Customer Care Team to provide exceptional world class experience to our customers throughout all communication channels with the business. Within our support office function, you will be handling day to day customer enquiries through an omni-channel experiences from telephone, email to in-person, responding quickly and efficiently to customer queries. You'll have an enthusiastic and friendly, approachable customer focused personality with exceptional communication skills. With a passion for service and previous customer service experience, you'll be looking for an opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment. We'll looking for; - Experience of working in a similar customer service role. - Previous experience in a call handling role. - Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and shows the ability to work at pace and under pressure. - The ability to work effectively as part of a team and be proactive.
