Job Responsibility:

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding essential information.
  • Issuing accurate quotations using the correct part numbers and pricing systems.
  • Inputting and placing customer orders with precision.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of customer orders and quotations.
  • utilising Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP to manage data effectively.
  • Processing customer invoices and handling filing, scanning, and e-invoicing tasks.
  • Liaising with our colleagues in Germany to prioritise urgent orders.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literate: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus!
