Our client is a well-known company that sells print and digital document products and services in more than 160 countries, and they are looking for a new team member for their Customer Care team here in sunny Barcelona. The role covers all aspects of managing and resolving partner and customer queries, maintaining work/stock levels, and ensuring excellent service while complying with corporate guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
Resolve customer and partner queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate work and stock levels to meet targets
Follow company policies and ethical standards consistently
Provide feedback to encourage positive partner interactions
Monitor compliance with digital tools and portals
Update team leads with timely information on pending queries
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company procedures
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role or organization
University-level education is a plus
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Results-oriented with the ability to work towards and achieve targets
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
Comfortable adapting to a dynamic environment with flexible working patterns
Good verbal and written communication skills
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Confident using computers and standard office software
Nice to have:
University-level education is a plus
