Looking for a job with real impact? Become a Customer Care Specialist in Pharma! Your day as a Customer Care Specialist: Dynamic is an understatement! At Kuehne+Nagel, you are not just an administrative support worker. Together with a small, close-knit team, you ensure that vital medicines and life-saving shipments reach patients on time. What does your day look like? The morning rush (coffee at the ready!): You start the day processing incoming orders and shipments. You check if all destinations are good to go ("green light approval") and update the system. You also select the right temperature-controlled packaging. Here, details are literally life-saving! The afternoon handover: After a busy morning, you ensure a smooth, practical handover to the export team. You keep clients continuously updated on their shipments via email and phone.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick’s online booking portal
  • Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non EU destinations
  • Providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up’s

Requirements

  • Is a star communicator
  • Has a background in logistiscs
  • either through education or experience
  • Preferably has experience working with customers
  • Is stress-resistant and detail-oriented
  • Has language skills: You speak and write fluently in English
  • Is PC-savvy: Outlook and basic Excel hold no secrets for you
