Job Responsibility
Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick’s online booking portal
Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non EU destinations
Providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up’s
Requirements
Is a star communicator
Has a background in logistiscs
either through education or experience
Preferably has experience working with customers
Is stress-resistant and detail-oriented
Has language skills: You speak and write fluently in English
Is PC-savvy: Outlook and basic Excel hold no secrets for you
