As an Inside Sales Representative, you increase our client’s revenue by handling incoming calls and initiating outgoing potential customer inquiries, and using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data. You will use appropriate technologies and follow processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patient and physician contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Job Responsibility
Establish customer contact by handling incoming calls and initiating follow up outbound calls
Promote products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
Resolve customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
Ensure quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
Facilitate sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
Complete and ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits
Provide customer follow-up as required
Contribute to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results and ability to track and report progress of sales results
Requirements
Experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales is preferred
An ability to build rapport with customers
An ability to navigate multiple computer systems
An ability to pronounce the 52 States of America and refer to guide to access abbreviations
An ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs and general computer operations
Ability to learn and follow basic direction on process
Must have mastery of the English language, both oral and written
Must be detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records
Must have the ability to focus and work quickly
Sense of urgency in reporting any concerns to immediate supervisor
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years' experience working in the medical field preferred
