We’re seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced, high-performing service team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, documenting interactions, and partnering with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibility
Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with patience, professionalism, and a care-first mindset
Respond to inquiries by clearly explaining services, resolving concerns, and guiding customers toward effective solutions
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access account details and provide accurate, real-time support
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems
Handle concerns with empathy and sound judgment to create a positive customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Stay current on company services, procedures, and relevant updates
Requirements
At least 1 year of recent experience in an inbound call center environment
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable style
Proven ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
Nice to have
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
