Job Responsibility
Manage incoming calls and emails
Handle file opening and follow-ups
Maintain client relations, demonstrating the necessary patience and resilience
Detail-oriented and rigorous: Manage multiple data sets simultaneously, input information into the Maya software, and perform necessary updates to files
Requirements
Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for daily communication with English-speaking clients based outside of Quebec
Experience in phone-based customer service
Ability to work under pressure
Patience and resilience
