Job Description:

We’re partnering with a well-established organization in Des Moines seeking a Customer Care Representative to support inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and building strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate, friendly support
  • Resolve questions, concerns, and service issues efficiently
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during every interaction

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
