Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate, friendly support
Resolve questions, concerns, and service issues efficiently
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Requirements:
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
