Step into the heart of Customer Care. Join our Belfast team and play a key role in delivering the service that keeps Crown customers supported every day. This 13 month fixed term role sits at the centre of our Customer Care function. You will work closely with colleagues across Logistics, Sales, Pricing, Customer Accounts and our wider branch network. Your work will help ensure customers receive accurate information and timely deliveries, contributing directly to their overall experience with Crown. We will give you full support and training including SAP exposure. You will gain knowledge across the department and build confidence in a fast paced and customer focused environment. This is more than a Customer Care role. It is a chance to build experience within a well established team that plays a vital part in our customers’ journey.
Job Responsibility:
Handle order processing
Handle delivery queries
Handle pricing enquiries
Handle stock checks
Balance administration with phone based customer interaction
Help ensure customers receive accurate information and timely deliveries
Requirements:
Commitment to great service
A calm and organised approach
Confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues
A helpful manner
Strong written skills
Background in customer care from any sector including retail
Experience using systems such as SAP is an advantage though not essential
Experience within customer service or administration
Comfort using computer systems
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work within procedures and manage tasks to tight deadlines
Good writing skills since email is a major communication channel
