Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Handle file opening and follow-ups
  • Maintain client relations, demonstrating the necessary patience and resilience
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous: Manage multiple data sets simultaneously, input information into the Maya software, and perform necessary updates to files

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for daily communication with English-speaking clients based outside of Quebec
  • Experience in phone-based customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Patience and resilience
  • Employment is conditional upon a criminal background check
