We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the face of our company for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive timely, accurate, and friendly service.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
Process and manage orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support the continuous improvement of processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1–3 years of customer service or order entry experience, preferably in retail, distribution, or related industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team player mentality
Nice to have:
