Join a Global Market Leader with a purpose. We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting new and existing consumers with their Coloplast products. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and confidently guide customers through our products and funding information. A strong ability to listen empathetically, provide follow-up support, and collaborate with healthcare professionals is essential.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support to new and existing patients via phone
Conduct outbound follow-up calls as part of the Coloplast Care Program
Feedback to referring healthcare professionals
Assist with product sample requests
Offer Peristeen support to consumers as part of the PSP program
Provide funding support, particularly for continence consumers
Requirements:
Ability to build relationships and trust with consumers
Empathetic listener who can assess and interpret customer needs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to understand and explain complex information
Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple systems
