Job Description:

Join a Global Market Leader with a purpose. We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting new and existing consumers with their Coloplast products. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and confidently guide customers through our products and funding information. A strong ability to listen empathetically, provide follow-up support, and collaborate with healthcare professionals is essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support to new and existing patients via phone
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls as part of the Coloplast Care Program
  • Feedback to referring healthcare professionals
  • Assist with product sample requests
  • Offer Peristeen support to consumers as part of the PSP program
  • Provide funding support, particularly for continence consumers

Requirements:

  • Ability to build relationships and trust with consumers
  • Empathetic listener who can assess and interpret customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand and explain complex information
  • Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple systems
