Development Customer Care Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract to join our hardworking team. You will be looking after our newly built homes for one to two years after they’ve been built. We will provide you with full training and future opportunities for your professional development. This role will be based from our Eastleigh office. Travel between our office locations (Yeovil and Bracknell) may be required.
Job Responsibility:
Keep customers informed on any outstanding works happening within their home
Ensure customers receive a consistent, efficient, personal service
Ensure complaints are dealt with promptly
Ensure property defects are allocated to the right developer to action
Build working relationships and stakeholder management
Troubleshoot problems and drive solutions
Requirements:
Driving licence
Access to own vehicle
Passion for customer service and property
