Job Description

A growing organization is partnering with Robert Half to hire a hands-on, people-focused Customer Care Manager to lead their Customer Care team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support the Customer Care/Appointment Center team
  • Coach team members through call reviews and scripting feedback
  • Drive performance across key KPIs (speed to lead, conversions, run rate, cancellations)
  • Create action plans to improve results
  • Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism
  • Oversee receptionist and inside sales support
  • Foster a positive, accountable, team-centered environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of leadership in customer service, call center, or similar environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and support both customers and employees

Nice to have

Call center experience is not required — retail, service, and customer-facing supervisors are encouraged to apply.
