Job Description:

We're looking for Customer Care Experts to join our Bescot team on a full time, permanent basis. Working between Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, this is a great opportunity if you're looking for, meaningful work and the backing of a trusted brand. As a Customer Care Expert, you will handle inbound calls from members, answering resolving complaints and enquiries. You will deliver empathetic, professional, and efficient service, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound calls and manage complaints and enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
  • Take ownership of each case, ensuring members feel heard, supported, and informed
  • Work within FCA guidelines, maintaining accurate data and meeting response times
  • Use RAC systems confidently to provide timely, effective resolutions
  • Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or complaints handling
  • The confidence to manage challenging conversations calmly and professionally
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to use multiple systems
  • A genuine customer first mindset
