The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for nurturing the relationships with our feed and livestock customers, ensuring their orders are filled in a timely manner and promoting the drive to have persons Farm with Us.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively managing large volumes of incoming calls
Ensure customer orders are entered on the ROSS system in a timely basis
Report all customer satisfaction survey results to the Distribution Manager on a timely basis
Document and handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Perform pre-delivery activities with customers relaying the expected time of delivery
Perform post-delivery follow up with customers to ascertain if deliveries were satisfactory
Liaise with Distribution team whenever an order is cleared to ensure shipment is done
Requirements:
BA in Business Administration or other related discipline
Experience in customer service or a related field
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and keep to schedules while dealing with interruptions and challenges as they arise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite and other software applications
