Job Responsibility

  • Efficiently raise vehicle invoices
  • Manage finance company payouts
  • Organise deliveries
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and dealerships
  • Provide updates on vehicle availability
  • Discuss payment terms
  • Address queries
  • Confirm delivery details
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of internal spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism
  • Draft appropriate responses and letters to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in a call-centre setting
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proven expertise in managing and resolving customer complaints effectively
  • Must pass a Financial Adverse and Criminal check
