Job Responsibility
Community outreach: making outbound calls to connect with members of the public, engaging them in meaningful conversations about their hearing health
education & awareness: delivering vital information regarding hearing care and guiding customers toward the right solutions for their individual needs
appointment setting: booking vital hearing tests and consultations for customers with our specialists
system navigation: utilising and mastering multiple internal software systems and databases to track customer journeys
Requirements
A customer-centric mindset
a genuine passion for helping people, paired with high levels of empathy and resilience
top-tier communication
exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone
experience
a background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or call centres is highly regarded)
tech savvy
comfort navigating multiple computer screens and systems simultaneously
