In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing professional support to customers and our dealer network to ensure every interaction is a positive one.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust to create lasting relationships while taking ownership of inbound enquiries to ensure timely resolution
Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to educate customers and build their confidence
Outbound Support: Conduct proactive calls to help customers schedule service bookings and follow up on sales leads, including providing pricing and arranging test drives
Communication & Escalation: Respond promptly to web, email, and mail enquiries, and escalate complex specialist concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and owner detail updates in a timely manner
Collaboration: Work closely with the dealer network and internal teams to drive positive business outcomes and support team goals
Requirements:
Experience in a call centre environment (highly regarded)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support customers through challenging or sensitive situations
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
Proficiency with general computer applications and basic Microsoft Excel skills
