Job Responsibility:

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, web, and email, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact
  • Assist the operations team in resolving any service delivery delays or issues
  • Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of critical customer data
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge
