Job Responsibility:
Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, web, and email, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact
Assist the operations team in resolving any service delivery delays or issues
Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of critical customer data
Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge
