Job Description:

The Senior Customer Care Collections Representative is responsible for performing outbound calls to insurance companies to collect outstanding accounts receivables. This role requires analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance and responding to customer requests to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role and a high school diploma. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Windows PC applications are essential.
