Job Responsibility
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Processing high-volume orders and confirming payment information
Coordinating with sales, accounting, and shipping teams to ensure accurate fulfillment
Handling returns, claims, and special/custom orders
Maintaining customer accounts and building strong relationships
Assisting with front-desk duties as needed
Supporting showroom set-ups and occasional trade show events
Requirements
1+ year of office-based customer service experience (3+ preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook required)
