We are partnering with a growing wholesale company in Cerritos seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their team! This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with people, handling orders, and being part of a collaborative team — this could be a great fit!

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Processing high-volume orders and confirming payment information
  • Coordinating with sales, accounting, and shipping teams to ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Handling returns, claims, and special/custom orders
  • Maintaining customer accounts and building strong relationships
  • Assisting with front-desk duties as needed
  • Supporting showroom set-ups and occasional trade show events

Requirements

  • 1+ year of office-based customer service experience (3+ preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook required)
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
  • Or bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, tagalog
