As a Customer Care Associate (Part time), you play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our customers through exceptional service. This dynamic position involves engaging with customers via phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing comprehensive support on Valley Fiber’s products and services.
Job Responsibility
Proactively engage with customers through phone calls and emails, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience
Perform various administrative tasks, participate training and continuing education initiatives and coaching/ service skills enhancement
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of French or other languages is an asset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced office environment and excels under pressure
Maintains a friendly and positive attitude, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism
Handles highly sensitive information with discretion
Works effectively both independently and collaboratively as a team player
