Join Flo & Frankie as a Customer Care Assistant and be the friendly, reassuring voice behind our brand. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Parnell, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team and creating positive experiences for every customer. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with online orders, returns, queries, and general support across all channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a friendly, reassuring point of contact for customers via email, phone, and social media
  • Assist with online orders, returns, exchanges, and product questions, ensuring timely and positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with our boutique and warehouse teams to resolve queries and find the best solutions
  • Support smooth processing of online orders, including during sales and promotions
  • Share ideas and feedback to help improve systems, processes, and the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer care or retail (fashion or homewares preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Comfortable using Shopify, Vend, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks
  • Creative thinking, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Genuine passion for helping people and creating memorable experiences
