Job Description

Join our Customer Excellence Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division. You'll play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience, building lasting relationships, and providing top-notch support that drives customer loyalty and business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming inquiries through all customer service touch points (inbound call, mails, social media)
  • Conduct entries with all the required customer information in the company's CRM system
  • Handle customer complaints through all touch points in accordance with company procedures
  • Initiate outbound calls within the customer's lifecycle
  • Work in shifts according to Customer Service working hours

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center
  • Working hours flexibility
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Technology including PCs, software applications, and telephone systems
  • Experience in the Energy Sector or Service Provision will be considered an asset
