Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming inquiries through all customer service touch points (inbound call, mails, social media)
Conduct entries with all the required customer information in the company’s CRM system
Handle customer complaints through all touch points in accordance with company procedures
Initiate outbound calls within the customer's lifecycle
Work in shifts according to Customer Service working hours
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a call center
experience in the Energy Sector or Service Provision will be considered an asset
Working hours flexibility
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Technology including PCs, software applications, and telephone systems
Nice to have:
