Customer Care Agent

• Manage incoming inquiries through all customer service touch points (inbound call, mails, social media)
• Conduct entries with all the required customer information in the company’s CRM system
• Handle customer complaints through all touch points in accordance with company procedures
• Initiate outbound calls within the customer's lifecycle
• Work in shifts according to Customer Service working hours

• 1+ year of experience in a call center
• experience in the Energy Sector or Service Provision will be considered an asset
• Working hours flexibility
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Technology including PCs, software applications, and telephone systems
