Job Responsibility

  • Be the friendly and professional voice of myPOS for French-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Support customers with questions about payments, accounts, and products
  • Guide users through solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Payments, Risk, and KYC to resolve cases efficiently
  • Turn every interaction into a positive experience
  • Share customer feedback and insights

Requirements

  • Fluency in French
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
