Job Responsibility:

Be the friendly, professional voice of myPOS for our Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
Guide users through our payment solutions
Collaborate with internal teams – including Payments, Risk, and KYC – to resolve issues efficiently
Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience that builds trust and loyalty
Share feedback and insights to help us improve and innovate

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Customer-first mindset
Excellent communicator
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow in the fintech world
