As a Customer Call Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—representing a globally recognized brand and playing a key role in delivering outstanding service and support. Job Responsibility:
Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and care
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Support sales campaigns, introduce new products, and track performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution
Manage customer data, credit policies, and order entries with accuracy and efficiency
Provide first-level support and insights to the Market Developer (MD) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Keep our CRM and customer databases up to date and well-organized
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales (call center experience is a strong advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
Fluency in English and Latvian, (Russian would be counted as an advantage)
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability
