Job Description

As a Customer Call Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—representing a globally recognized brand and playing a key role in delivering outstanding service and support. Job Responsibility

  • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Support sales campaigns, introduce new products, and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution
  • Manage customer data, credit policies, and order entries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide first-level support and insights to the Market Developer (MD) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Keep our CRM and customer databases up to date and well-organized

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (call center experience is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and Latvian, (Russian would be counted as an advantage)
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability
