Job Responsibility:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Supporting customers with queries relating to our products and services
Booking appointments and updating customer records accurately
Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
Achieving individual and team performance targets
Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (any sector considered)
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
