Job Description:

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and delivering excellent service? We are looking for a motivated Customer Booking Advisor to join our Contact Centre team on a weekend-only basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time weekend work within a fast-paced, supportive environment, where customer experience and performance go hand in hand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting customers with queries relating to our products and services
  • Booking appointments and updating customer records accurately
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
  • Achieving individual and team performance targets
  • Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (any sector considered)
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • A positive, resilient attitude with a target-driven mindset
