Requirements:
Any Graduate /Post Graduate
Freshers or with 1-2 yrs exp in BPO, customer service
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and typing
experience with CRM software is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week off
Immediate Joiners Preferably Chennai based candidates
