Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Handle calls along with email and chat support. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently. Accurately update customer records and log interaction details in CRM systems. Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic communication. Meet performance metrics for resolution speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week off
  • Immediate Joiners Preferably Chennai based candidates
