Requirements
Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in hospitality, retail or leisure environment
Outstanding communication skills
Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
Confident at challenging the way things are done and can ensure all Customers follow company policies and standards
