Job Description

Shape the future, starting with yours - Join AQA as a Customer and Product Apprentice and help us improve the experience of teachers and students across the UK. Over this two-year programme, you’ll rotate through customer delivery teams, gaining hands-on experience in customer-focused roles. Alongside this, we’ll support you through a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, helping you grow your skills and confidence, and career.

Job Responsibility

  • Rotate through three core areas within Customer and Product departments - Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing & Brand
  • Support service teams by analysing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the customer journey
  • Help shape products by conducting market research, analysing user needs, and supporting planning across the product lifecycle
  • Assist with campaign planning and content creation across digital channels, while helping track performance and optimise brand presence

Requirements

  • At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) including Maths and English
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Curiosity about customer experience and education
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • A collaborative and inclusive mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with others and is eager to learn
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
