Based at Kerikeri Airport, we have a casual position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work. Casual position available - working as and when needed. Entry level role with training provided. Supportive, friendly, and caring culture. We operate 7 days a week, from 8.30 am to 9 pm where we are looking for someone to work as and when needed during our operating hours . This means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
Job Responsibility:
Interacting with customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings
Inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues
Driving and parking cars
Cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for customers
Requirements:
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
