Job Description

Based at Kerikeri Airport, we have a casual position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work. Casual position available - working as and when needed. Entry level role with training provided. Supportive, friendly, and caring culture. We operate 7 days a week, from 8.30 am to 9 pm where we are looking for someone to work as and when needed during our operating hours . This means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

Job Responsibility

  • Interacting with customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings
  • Inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues
  • Driving and parking cars
  • Cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for customers

Requirements

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
