Job Description:

The Customer Advocacy Manager's core mission is to empower our customers, generate public evidence of their success, drive the adoption of our features, and collect essential input to shape our product strategy and roadmap.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Evidence: Source customers willing to champion Endor Labs
  • Lead the creation of case studies, testimonials, quotes, and public reviews
  • Customer Marketing: Keep customers informed about product enhancements
  • Advisory Groups: Plan and execute Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) and Technical Advisory Councils (TACs)
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to define requirements for testing new features
  • Recruit customers and late-stage prospects to participate in alpha and beta testing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in customer marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success or a related field
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong writing skills and experience using generative AI to improve productivity
  • A passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • A genuine interest in learning about the cybersecurity industry, our product, and our customers' work
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (e.g., sales, product, marketing)
  • Experience within the cybersecurity, software development or a similar technical field
