We’re looking for Customer Advisors to join our lively and dynamic Customer Loyalty team. In this role, you’ll speak with existing customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance. This could include discussing renewals, adjusting cover, or resolving queries, always focusing on delivering a great customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Handling inbound calls from existing customers
Supporting customers with renewals, policy changes, and queries
Using your judgement to find the best outcome for each customer
Delivering a high-quality, compliant service
Working towards achievable targets with performance incentives
Being part of a supportive and collaborative team
Requirements:
Have experience in a customer-facing or service-based role
Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be passionate about providing great customer service
Be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Show resilience and professionalism, even when calls get challenging
Be able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Have basic IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
