Job Description:

The Customer Advisor in the Ticket Office team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless ticketing experience for SAFC supporters. You will handle the sale of season tickets, match tickets, and stadium events, all while providing friendly and professional support through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. By addressing customer questions and resolving issues like lost tickets, you will help create a positive and hassle-free experience for our fans. Additionally, you will work closely with external departments and support the SAFC's Ticket Office team via Zendesk to ensure quick, effective responses. Committed to safeguarding and data protection, they also handle administrative tasks and support the Ticketing operations. Flexibility and a proactive approach are key, as they take on various responsibilities to help maintain the highest standards of service and supporter satisfaction.

Requirements:
