Due to continued growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join our Contact Centre team at our Head Office in Team Valley, Gateshead. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of £26,436.80, with the opportunity to increase to £27,476.80 through experience and development. You'll work a 5-week rota, with only 2 Saturdays in every 5 weeks and no Sunday working, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance. Following your training and probation period, you'll also benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, giving you the flexibility to split your time between home and the office.
Job Responsibility
Handling inbound calls from customers and colleagues across the business
Providing a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience
Accurately qualifying customer enquiries and directing calls appropriately
Using internal systems to ensure customer information is recorded correctly
Working as part of a busy and supportive team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Previous customer service experience
An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confident IT skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
